P-CMM human resource capability maturity framework.

P-CMM (Human Resource Capability Maturity Model) is used to help organize a successful tool to solve the problem of key personnel. It uses the highly successful "Software Capability Maturity Model CMM" as the basis, in order to build an organization's workforce management and successful experience of model training.

HR P-CMM is composed of five levels of maturity structure, the maturity level of these individual capacity for sustained improvement, develop effective teams, promote performance improvement, as well as shaping the organization of labor required to complete the business plan, which laid a progressive layers foundation. Each maturity level is the evolution of a well-defined steady state, it is the culture of the organization in terms of labor capacity of the system. Follow maturity framework, organizations will be able to avoid the staff is not ready before the effective implementation of certain measures for the introduction of these workforce management measures.

Each maturity level of HR P-CMM (other than the initial level) is composed of three to seven process areas, each process area is to identify a set of related measures that focus if implemented, can enhance the ability of the labor force a set of important goals. For each process area is a critical workforce management areas (such as personnel management, compensation management, team development, etc.) to organize a group of interrelated measures into a single collection. Each process area represents an important organizational process. Each maturity level of all process areas, constitute a system of processes associated with, for workforce management capability of the organization to reform.

The Use of P-CMM:

CMM in terms of human resources to the organization to help:
